We’re seeking a Product Design Lead to play a pivotal role on the Core Card Experiences team, shaping the tools millions of cardholders rely on to manage and grow their accounts. As a Manager-level IC, you will own design strategy and delivery for multiple complex projects, coach junior designers, influence product roadmaps, and invest in design team culture and processes. As a Product Designer, you’ll combine your craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Design
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Design
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Design
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
