Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery through build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design, and clear specs.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers with strong leadership.
• 3+ years in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years shaping AI-powered experiences and workflows in product design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives using AI tools.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on work, guiding product decisions and high-quality design delivery.
• Speak as a leading voice in client discussions, translating research into strategic narratives.
• Document how AI changes project workflows and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop designers, sharing methods and improving the design craft across the team.
