Cvent, Inc. in Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking a product design intern to join a department of 100+ designers and contribute to the end-to-end design process.

You will work on a real project from problem to solution, with a dedicated mentor, gaining exposure to research, content design, and user advocacy. You'll need to be a full-time college student graduating in 2027 or 2028, able to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks this summer, and able to commute to HQ.

In This Role, You Will:

As a product design intern at Cvent you are joining a department of over 100 designers working on products that touch every step of the event journey. We'll welcome you to a small feature specific team, with a dedicated mentor to work alongside and learn from. You'll make an impact by owning a project from problem to solution. Get ready to be exposed to every part of the design process, including research and content design, and to learn how to advocate for our users at each step. You'll have the opportunity to elevate your strengths and the dedicated feedback to identify areas of growth.

Ideal candidates will:

• Show empathy and passion about simple, helpful user experiences
• Display working knowledge of building wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Familiarity with auto-layout is a must.
• Be familiar with using a design system of simple components and patterns.
• Participate in design critiques, as well as facilitate discovery workshops.
• Articulate design decisions and confidently present designs while centering the user.
• Be observant and meticulous with small details
• Showcase an eagerness to learn and be open to feedback
• Have an interest in accessibility, content design, and user research

Here's What You Need:

• Full-time college student with plans to graduate in December 2027 or May 2028 (summer between Junior & Senior year)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (June-August 2027)
• Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA
• Portfolio of at least one completed UX/product design project

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $36.00 per hour.
