• Driving the design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric design solutions.
• Working with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a high-end look and feel.

Your Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience designing complex systems or platforms.
• 3+ years of experience leading a design team.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to prioritize team success over ego.
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Creative, outside-the-box thinking.
