Job summary

Visora is seeking Product Design and UI/UX professionals to record their real workflows using our lightweight app. Ideal backgrounds include software product design, UI/UX for web and mobile, design systems, and motion-enabled interfaces.

You will capture continuous, unedited sessions while avoiding confidential data and ensuring footage is unlicensed or cleared for public use. You will perform tasks such as refining Figma components with Auto Layout, setting up variants, and exporting

Job description

We're looking for Product Design and UI/UX Professionals who use tools like Figma, After Effects, and LottieFiles as part of their day-to-day workflow. Selected contributors will be paid to record their real workflows using a lightweight app we provide. Relevant backgrounds include product design at software companies, UI/UX design for web and mobile apps, design systems work, motion and interaction design, and freelance designers who regularly build interface components, prototype interactions, animate UI elements, or prepare designs for developer handoff.

Requirements:

• Use our recording software to capture and submit sessions
• Record real, day-to-day work - sessions must be continuous and unedited
• Avoid capturing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive data, including client footage, unreleased content, passwords, personal data, and non-public material
• Use unlicensed-cleared, public, or personal footage where needed
• Idle or low-activity sessions will not be paid

Sample Tasks:

• Build or refine interface designs in Figma, including creating components with Auto Layout, setting up variants and variables, structuring layers and constraints, and preparing files for developer handoff via Dev Mode.
• Animate micro-interactions or UI motion in After Effects, export production-ready Lottie files via Bodymovin or the LottieFiles plugin, or integrate Lottie animations into Figma layouts.

Pay

$30-$80/hr. Payouts weekly on Wednesdays via Stripe or Payoneer.
