Responsibilities

• Design considering direction, trends, user experience, safety and environmental standards.
• Structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and/or control system design.
• Research and define details for new products or improvements.
• Create, modify, and analyze engineering designs for projects, products, systems.
• Optimize designs for performance, cost, standardization, manufacturability.
• Manage engineering design records.
• Hands-on prototype builds, testing planning and execution, and assessment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to implement and launch new products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Create and manage Engineering Change Notices.
• Prepare manuals and assist marketing with sales docs.
• Provide leadership within Attachment Engineering and other teams.
• 3-D CAD modeling and drawings using Creo.
• Other duties as assigned.
