Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Product Design Engineer to support on-time delivery of 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for virtual tire development and mold tooling creation. You will leverage PTC Creo to create intelligent digital product definitions and drive tire development innovation.

You will work with a cross-functional team, perform analysis using internal tools and FEA software, and grow your Creo mastery through ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience with CREO modeling or equivalent preferred.
  • Entry-level product design engineering role supporting tire development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust parametric CAD models driven by equations and relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze tire tread performance using in-house tools and FEA.
  • Contribute to refining modeling best practices and standards.
  • Learn from skilled Creo users during regular training sessions and apply learnings.
  • Work in a motivated team to grow Creo mastery and mentor others.
