Zusammenfassung

Versant is seeking an experienced Product Design Director to shape CNBC’s digital products across web, mobile apps, and OTT. You will lead a design organization, balance customer needs with business goals, and collaborate with product, editorial, and tech teams to deliver intuitive, data-rich experiences for financial audiences.

You will mentor designers, drive design systems, and explore AI-powered and personalized features while ensuring accessibility and a strong CNBC brand across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with leadership of design teams.
• Proven ability to launch digital products at scale.
• Experience across web and mobile, OTT or other digital platforms a plus.
• Lead design from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong user research, usability testing and product discovery skills.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop product designers and build high-performing teams.
• Experience designing for retail investors, fintech or financial information.

• Lead end-to-end product design strategy for CNBC’s digital products across web, mobile apps and OTT.
• Partner with product leadership to translate strategy into compelling experiences.
• Mentor and guide a team of product designers, setting expectations for quality and growth.

• Ensure designs reflect CNBC customer needs, especially retail investors and financially engaged audiences.
• Translate complex financial data and editorial content into clear experiences.
• Develop scalable design systems and patterns across CNBC’s products.
• Work with technology to ensure feasible, scalable implementations.
