The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, intercepting consumers and demonstrating products professionally, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company may change the role based on business and client needs.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handler permit may be required.
Physical Demands: The associate will regularly stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach up to 65 inches overhead, talk, hear, read, stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up a ladder, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), push and pull a fully laden demonstration cart, prepare foods and beverages using required appliances such as cooking utensils, knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, and microwaves, and be in contact with cleaning supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Work Environment: Retail store environment, with limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming. Associates must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Retailer dress‑code requirements are in training documents.
Language Skills: English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
