Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for the Partner Data Platform to accelerate product delivery and optimize customer experiences. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate dependencies, and liaison with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

You will oversee secure data platform access, third-party authentication strategies, and governance practices while driving testing cycles and platform reliability.

• Establishes secure Partner Data Platform access and data consumption
• Leads strategy for third-party authentication/authorization integration with data systems
• Coordinates testing cycles to ensure platform reliability and data governance
• Drives adoption of Iceberg open table format across data platforms
• Oversees access control integration using AWS Lake Formation and Snowflake

As a Product Delivery Manager in Partner Data Platform, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Oversee the establishment of a secure Partner Data Platform for in-place data consumption
• Lead strategy and implementation for third-party partner authentication and authorization integration with data systems
• Coordinate and participate in testing cycles to ensure data platform reliability and compliance
• Drive adoption of the Iceberg open table format
• Oversee access control integration across platforms using AWS Lake Formation and Snowflake

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Lake Formation, and access management
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, security, tokenization, and data anonymity principles
• Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and decks
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and decks for stakeholders and leadership
• Experience supporting analytics and reporting use cases
• Previous experience with privacy preferences migration, customer data mapping, integration, and bulk loads
• Champion tokenization and data anonymity practices to protect sensitive information

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Exposure to data labeling, tokenization, and policy enforcement
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business, or related field
