Job summary

YETI is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to serve as the primary product owner and delivery partner for our Customization platform. You will translate business strategy into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You'll partner with stakeholders across operations, engineering, manufacturing, and digital commerce to drive initiatives, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with customer needs and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, or related roles.
• Experience leading Agile software delivery teams and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Certified ScrumMaster, CSPO, or PSM credentials are a plus.

• Own and manage the Customization product backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure delivery momentum.

This role combines Product Ownership, Agile Delivery Leadership, and Business Systems Analysis responsibilities to drive the successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives supporting the Customization business.This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, customer service, manufacturing partners, and external vendors to define priorities, manage product backlogs, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.This role is responsible for translating business strategy into executable roadmaps, maintaining product alignment with customer and operational needs, and driving successful implementation of technology capabilities supporting customized products and experiences.What You'll DoProduct Ownership & StrategyOwn and manage the Customization product backlog.Partner with business leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.Translate strategic business objectives into technology initiatives and user stories.Prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical complexity.Defining and communicating product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.Agile Delivery LeadershipServe as Scrum Master for Customization delivery teams.Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Track sprint progress and remove delivery impediments.Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Ensure teams maintain healthy sprint velocity and predictable delivery.Monitor risks, dependencies, and release readiness.Business Systems AnalysisElicit, analyze, and document business requirements.Create process flows, use cases, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.Partner with architects and engineers to validate solution designs.Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, and solution validation.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with: Product Customization Operations, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, QA Teams, Third-Party Technology PartnersDrive alignment across stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines.Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.Operational ExcellenceMonitor platform performance and operational KPIs.Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Drive process automation and system optimization initiatives.Support incident triage and post-incident review activities.Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.What You BringBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles.Experience of managing Agile software delivery teams.Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.Preferred ExperienceCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)Professional Scrum Master (PSM)Certified Product Owner (CSPO)SAFe Agile CertificationExperience supporting: eCommerce Platforms, Product Configuration Solutions, Manufacturing Systems, ERP Integrations, Digital Customer Experiences#LI-AR2Benefits & Perks:Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
