Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an analytics professional to own the analytics strategy and influence product direction. You will closely collaborate with Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product teams to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decisions, reporting needs, and prioritization of features.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, Python, and strong stakeholder management, with familiarity in Claude Code or similar AI tools and digital analytics

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience; expert-level SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• 1 to 3 years of Power BI experience.
• 1 to 3 years of Python analytics experience (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas).
• 1 to 2 years of stakeholder management; ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Adobe Analytics.

Position Summary

This is a highly impactful, hands‑on role where you’ll own analytics strategy, influence product direction. This role is expected to closely work with Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product team to deliver measurable business impact and make data driven decisions assisting in reporting needs, optimizing product experiences, feature prioritization, and strategy through some light experimentation and data analysis. The role will also work closely with some of our Ireland based product teams.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience- Expert-level SQL skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• 1 to 3 years of experience Power BI
• 1 to 3 years Python experience for analytics (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas)
• 1 to 2 years stakeholder management experience- building relationships and interpret technical details for a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DBT or similar data engineering
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
