We are assisting one of our start up clients build out their Data Science team as they disrupt B2B marketing. This person will apply advanced analytics and machine learning to improve their marketing platform as well as collaborate with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning: Collaborate with the Integrations team to apply advanced data analytics and ML techniques to optimize how data flows within Primer.
• User-Facing Features: Use insights to help build an AI copilot that drives better decision-making for our users, by developing targeting algorithms for improved customer outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal data architects, product teams, and engineers to ensure data insights are impactful and lead to meaningful product outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Versatile Data Scientist: Strong capability to handle various aspects of data science—basic analysis and visualization, statistical analysis, and model development.
• Proven ML Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in productionizing machine learning algorithms into user-facing features and products.
• Product-Minded: A deep understanding of product development with a user-centric mindset, collaborating with product teams to prioritize the user experience.
• Strong experience using SQL and Python
