Job summary

Synergis is seeking a data-focused Product Manager to lead Product Data, PIM, and governance initiatives in a 1-year engagement with potential conversion to full-time. The role centers on PIM/MDM, data distribution, and enterprise catalog APIs.

You will own the product roadmap, partner with engineering and data teams, and drive data quality and governance improvements across the catalog ecosystem. On-site in Duluth or Atlanta, GA, with 4 days on location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management/Experience Management.
• 5+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• 3+ years in PIM/MDM or catalog data management.
• Experience with STIBO STEP or similar.
• Strong understanding of product data structures and governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience with user research and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for Product & Catalog capabilities.
• Partner with business leadership to evaluate opportunities and priorities.
• Translate business strategy into product and technology strategy with engineering.
• Define product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify cross-domain dependencies and opportunities across the data ecosystem.
• Drive data quality, governance, onboarding, and distribution processes.
• Plan user showcases, acceptance testing, and product demonstrations.
• Use analytics to measure product performance and inform prioritization.
