Job summary
Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Product Technician (EPD II) to support BOM maintenance and AML management across Agile and SAP systems. You will ensure data consistency between engineering and manufacturing requirements and support data integrity initiatives.
The role requires bilingual English/Mandarin, solid Excel skills, and experience with Agile PLM and SAP ERP. On-site, full-time contract position with potential for long-term opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills for large-scale BOM comparison and data analysis.
- Experience with PLM (Agile PLM) and SAP ERP is highly preferred.
- Experience in hardware manufacturing, EMS, or NPI environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Agile BOMs for accurate product structures.
- Create and validate SAP BOMs aligned with engineering needs.
- Develop and maintain AML in SAP.
- Ensure data synchronization between Agile and SAP; verify accuracy.
- Investigate root-cause data sync errors between Agile PLM and SAP ERP.
- Support continuous improvement of product data management processes.
- Additional assignments as directed by business needs.
