Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK for a 12‑month assignment. The role focuses on collaboration with teams to verify baselines and manage configurations across complex products and lifecycles.

You will define and conduct design reviews, analyze changes, develop change proposals, and implement CM standards and tools, ensuring robust documentation and data management throughout the project.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of military configuration management rules.
• Configuration management experience.
• EIA 649-1 experience.
• Change and variance management processing experience.
• Configuration status accounting (CSA) creation and updates experience.
• A.C.N management/tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams in development, analysis, management and compliance verification of baselines for complex products.
• Define, plan, coordinate and conduct product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits.
• Analyze complex product trades or changes and develop change proposals.
• Develop and implement Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools.
• Define and allocate CM requirements for hardware, software and engineering data systems across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate integration of product elements and resolve issues with engineering product structure.
• Develop and implement engineering program plans including impacts, risks and lessons learned.
