Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a Product Data Manager to own data standards for a vast product catalog and to act as the bridge between ERP, website, manufacturers, and internal teams. You will define canonical data models, enforce quality thresholds, and translate business needs into structured data specifications.

You will lead data cleanup across hundreds of brands, establish data contracts, and drive governance processes to ensure accurate, searchable product information across platforms.

Qualifications

• Own the canonical product data model: required fields, naming conventions, and taxonomy.
• Define data quality thresholds for product pages to stay published.
• Translate business needs into structured data specifications for systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product data ecosystem from ERP to website, ensuring 2.5 million items are accurate and optimized.
• Lead end-to-end catalog cleanup across brands and variants, with data quality audits.
• Define and maintain data contracts and QA processes before imports or changes.
