Senra Systems is hiring a Product Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insight for both our software (Amp ERP/MES) and factory operations. You will blend product analytics with business metrics, building dashboards and reports used by leadership and across teams.

The role emphasizes understanding how Senra operates, defining meaningful metrics, and partnering with Product and Engineering to drive tangible improvements in throughput, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst/analytics role, spanning product analytics and ops reporting.
• Strong SQL and hands-on dashboard building (PowerBI, Metabase, Grafana).
• Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Analytical rigor: define metrics, reason about data quality, trustworthiness.
• Strong systems thinking; reason through multi-step processes and data dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Product usage analytics: feature adoption, funnels, drop-off, signals for roadmap.
• Operational and business metrics: dashboards for throughput, cost, cycle time, delivery.
• Leadership and board reporting: top-line metrics for investor updates and OKRs.
• Develop metrics through ambiguous questions and validate against reality.
• Partner with Product to measure ship outcomes and business impact.
• Prototype metrics and dashboards with real users; codify into Amp & reporting platform.
