Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Product Costing & Fixed Assets Analyst to support accounting, financial reporting, inventory analysis, and fixed asset management across multiple manufacturing sites. This role collaborates with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The successful candidate will contribute to month-end close, asset accounting, VAT/compliance, and system improvement initiatives while participating in special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of accounting, finance, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, product costing, and fixed asset accounting.
• Understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close activities for assigned manufacturing sites and business units.
• Perform inventory analysis, reporting, and variance investigations.
• Oversee cycle count activities and support annual physical inventory execution.
• Execute fixed asset settlements, depreciation runs, and related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate account reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Assist with VAT compliance and other local regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to support asset management and capital project activities.
• Collaborate with IT on system implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
