Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Medicare product management professional to work with the Manager of Product on essential activities and coordinate traffic flow across Medicare lines of business. You will research HMO/PPO regulations, analyze competitors, and conduct filings for bids and selling periods.

The role requires knowledge of government programs and healthcare reform, collaboration with multiple departments, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic Medicare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with department staff and ability to work well with staff with minimal direction.
• Prior experience in the Medicare healthcare field.
• Two or more years of Medicare knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to the changing Medicare environment.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and web-based applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of government programs, health insurance markets, healthcare reform, and product trends.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Pharmacy, Finance, Healthcare Services, Quality, Marketing, Enrollment, and Sales departments.
