Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate in Payments Product Control to produce and coordinate regulatory reporting for Global Payments, gaining exposure to multiple teams and products.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to strengthen controls, support new initiatives, and drive efficiency through standardization and automation.

Qualifications

  • Produce and coordinate daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reporting.
  • Support Recovery and Resolution Planning deliverables, including data gathering and coordination.
  • Execute and evidence controls across reporting and governance processes, and assist audits.
  • Prepare materials for monthly BCC meetings with updates and action tracking.
  • Contribute to Resiliency Planning activities and governance support.
  • Partner with Payments, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology to resolve questions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through standardization and automation.
  • Experience in reporting, governance, controls, risk, finance operations, or related function.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Join our Payments External Reporting to produce and coordinate regulatory reporting for the business. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to numerous teams and products across the firm. As an Associate in the Payments Product Control team, you will collaborate with diverse teams and gain exposure to a wide range of financial products. Your work will help shape robust controls and support new business initiatives. Be a key contributor to our financial success.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Produce and coordinate daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reporting for Global Payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
  • Support Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) deliverables, including data gathering, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Execute and evidence controls across reporting and governance processes; support issue remediation and audit/exam responses as required
  • Prepare and maintain materials for monthly BCC meetings, including papers, updates, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Contribute to Resiliency Planning activities, including documentation, governance support, and process improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to resolve data/process questions and improve reporting quality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through standardization and automation
  • Experience in reporting, governance, controls, risk, finance operations, or a related function
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines across varied deliverables
  • Effective stakeholder management and written communication skills, with comfort producing concise governance materials

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Payments experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
