• Assist in documenting processes, controls, and data lineage to align with regulatory and audit standards.
• Provide high-quality analysis and reporting to support business decisions and product launch readiness.
• Participate in testing, substantiation, and post-implementation stabilization of new product infrastructure.
• Identify and escalating issues, and support timely remediation with sustainable solutions.

You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations teams to define requirements, ensure effective integration into Chase's financial environment, and deliver high-quality analysis and reporting that supports business decisions and regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in testing, substantiation, and post-implementation stabilization, helping to identify and remediate issues with sustainable solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP, Hyperion Essbase, or similar financial systems is a plus.
