Qualifications

• Experience with material planning, logistics and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning.
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Background in prototyping electronic components or familiarity with semiconductors and supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing specifications and BOM throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of early prototype samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions.
• Establish sample schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
