Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on AI tooling to streamline workflows and manage AI risk.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
• Partner with product managers to define priorities, maintain the product backlog, and support roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and clearly understood.
• Use SQL and other data analysis tools to investigate issues, validate requirements, and reconcile data.
• Assist with API analysis and testing using tools such as Postman, including reviewing responses and payloads.
• Define test scenarios and support system integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, assess business impact, and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$99,200.00-$143,900.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full‑time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
