Job summary

Security First Managers LLC in Florida seeks a Product Analyst to drive development, enhancement, and performance of our insurance products.

You will research market opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support innovative product changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Florida and requires 2+ years of insurance industry experience to help grow our competitive position in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to support product strategy and development.
• Assist with the design, implementation, and enhancement of insurance products and features.

In this role, you'll play a key part in researching market opportunities, evaluating product performance, and supporting the implementation of innovative product enhancements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives that directly impact our customers, business growth, and competitive position in the marketplace.

Whether you're analyzing trends, researching regulatory filings, identifying process improvements, or supporting new product launches, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your expertise in the property insurance industry.

What You'll Do

Research market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to support product strategy and development.

• Assist with the design, implementation, and enhancement of insurance products and product features.
• Conduct filing and regulatory research to support product changes and business initiatives.
• Develop expertise in company products and maintain knowledge of the Florida insurance market.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Manage assigned projects and communicate progress, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships across departments to support collaboration and achieve project objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to business growth and innovation.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and help manage business risks while ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Two (2) years of experience working in the insurance industry
• OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
