IQVIA Laboratories in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Product Analyst to join our collaborative agile environment. You will support the Labmatrix Product team by facilitating Agile practices, translating business needs into clear product requirements, and helping deliver high-value features.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Business Analyst, a strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or regulated industry is a bonus
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments, minimize external distractions, and track sprint progress, team velocity, and other Agile metrics
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and process flows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows by leveraging AI agents and emerging technologies
  • Maintain functional specifications, user guides, release notes, and other product documentation
  • Support user acceptance testing planning and execution, including test-case development and defect tracking

Job Summary

What We Are Looking For

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $50,600.00 - $126,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
