Job summary

Motion Recruitment is helping a rapidly growing Chicago-based technology company find a Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of its software platform used by clubs, administrators, coaches, and parents nationwide.

This role serves as an entry point into Product Management, offering hands-on experience across customer discovery, product delivery, testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Client Success, and Implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, CS, IS, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data insights.
• Experience writing and executing test cases or validating system functionality.
• Basic proficiency with SQL or other data query languages.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of software platform.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements through testing and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Developers, Client Success, and Implementation teams.
• Develop an understanding of customer workflows and business operations to inform product decisions.
