GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Product Administrator is responsible for understanding and distributing inmate commissary and supporting vending machines at the designated Detention Centers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Stock vending machines located throughout facility.
• Maintain and control inventory for vending products.
• Distribute inmate commissary.
• Train other employees on areas of expertise, as needed.
• YOU WILL BE WORKING IN DETENTION CENTERS.

KNOWLEDGE

• Basic computer skills and scanner usage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Business)

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, withstand weather extremes, and maintain good working relationships with staff.
• Maintain security clearance with facilities you are assigned to.
• Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions.
• Walking on cement floors on a regular basis
• Stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching on an occasional basis
• Reaching on a regular basis
• Talking/hearing on a frequent basis
• Seeing: the visual ability to perform an activity such as analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal.
• Ability to use and learn proprietary software
• Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
