Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K-$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
