PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Cedar Rapids to continue originating loans while building and leading a productive team. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers and drive the branch's culture and profitability, leveraging processing and back-office support provided by the company.

Your track record as a top-producing LO, plus your leadership skills and state licensing, will help you grow the branch and expand production without losing your own deals.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS).
• Possession of a Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

What you'll do

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
