Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Augusta, GA. You will continue originating loans while building and leading a productive team, coaching loan officers and driving branch performance.

You will recruit, mentor and develop talent, manage the branch's culture and P&L, and work with processing and support to maximize production. Active MLO license (NMLS) and a strong local referral network are preferred.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans while leading the branch’s culture and performance.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers to grow the team.
• Grow the branch’s P&L and oversee the branch’s operations in collaboration with support teams.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
