Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional experience producing in studio or remote environments.
• Demonstrable experience creating and producing compelling programming across genres and lengths.
• Management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HD workflow and editing tools (Premiere, Avid, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Line producer for UFC studio initiatives, both live and taped programming.
• Produce long-form programming, including documentaries and studio-based series for linear networks and UFC Fight Pass.
• Produce short-form content such as promotional spots and trailers across all media.
• Develop innovative programming ideas, write scripts for opens, teases, features and promos.
• Lead multiple projects from concept to delivery, managing budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with producers, directors and editors; coordinate across marketing, sales, creative, PR, digital and sponsorship teams.
• Provide general editing, sound design and color correction where needed.
• Stay updated with editing techniques and visual trends; experience in sports media is a plus.

The Role And What You’ll Do

The UFC is seeking a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish/English), creative producer that is responsible for executing various UFC Production initiatives and projects, including cable/network TV shows/specials, original programming, content development, feature production, and advertising collateral in all media.

This person, with strong storytelling skills, is responsible for a wide variety of productions from live productions to long/short-form productions, from full-length documentaries to promotional spots for our linear television and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is bilingual, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

• Line producer for UFC studio initiatives, both live and taped programming.
• Produces long-form programming, including full-length documentaries, compilation shows and studio-based series, for linear television networks, media partners, and our own OTT service, UFC Fight Pass.
• Produces short-form content, including promotional spots/trailers, features, opens/teases, and more, across all media platforms.
• Develops innovative programming ideas, builds show formats, pitches new concepts, writes scripts for cold opens, teases, features and promotional spots.
• Leads multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while efficiently managing production budgets and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with producers, directors and editors on collaborative projects.
• Facilitates effective communications between departments (marketing, sales, creative, PR, digital, sponsorship, etc.) and with external parties (media partners, corporate sponsors, production vendors, etc.).
• Provide general editing, sound design and color correction.
• Continually raises the bar for innovative producing and creative storytelling, and inspires others to do their best work.
• Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have These

• Minimum 5 years professional experience producing in studio, or remote, environment
• Demonstrable, relevant experience creating and producing compelling programming of various genres, formats and lengths, for all media platforms.
• Management experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be highly proficient in HD workflow, Adobe Premier, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Studio Suite, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in all facets of production process required.
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Must be knowledgeable about the latest editing techniques and visual trends.
• Experience with working for an agency, post-production company or broadcast creative team is a plus.
• College degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish/English, orally and in writing.
• Must have working knowledge of basic administrative office computer programs, on Mac and Windows PC workstations.
• Experience in a sports environment is a plus
• Knowledge of MMA is a plus.
