The Weather Channel is seeking a Live Programming Producer to deliver engaging, topical content for our live TV network across Cable, OTT, and YouTube. The role requires strong control room leadership, solid writing, and the ability to adapt during breaking weather events.
Bachelor’s in Broadcasting or related field and at least 5 years in a newsroom are required. On-site work with weekend/early shifts is expected to support live broadcasts.

The Live Programming Producer is responsible for presenting engaging, topical content for our live TV network. Experience with multiple content distribution platforms (Cable TV, OTT, YouTube) is preferred. The person in this role must be a capable control room leader, strong writer, and flexible in breaking news situations. Creative risk-taking, curiosity about the weather, and adaptability are all a plus.
