Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a results-driven Producer to build a fresh book of business in a hybrid, full-time role based in Media, PA. You will prospect, develop relationships, and close deals across personal and commercial lines while leveraging national carrier access and a broad network of resources.

Qualifications

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Media, PA

What You Bring

Your Background:

• Active Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one within [X days] of hire
• Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, typically 1–3 years
• Comfort with outbound prospecting (calls, referrals, networking, or similar)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Valuable Additions:

• Prior insurance industry experience
• An existing network or warm referral base in your target market
• CISR, CPIA, or CIC designation
