Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a dedicated team member for the Produce/Floral area. You will maintain cleanliness, stock and rotate items, and assist customers with purchases while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency degree.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Floral department processes.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Ability to adapt to a high-volume retail environment and work cross-functionally.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of produce, floral, storage and work areas for safety.
• Stock and rotate produce and floral items; verify pricing and tags.
• Assist customers with purchases, information and product selection.
• Receive, inspect and log products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Monitor signs and promotional materials; manage recipe cards and coupons.
• Operate equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks, and box cutters.
