Job summary

Kj's Market is seeking team members for part-time produce duties. You will greet guests, prepare and stock produce, and maintain freshness on the sales floor. The role includes assisting with deliveries, weighing products, and providing excellent guest service. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well with others.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs constantly; capable of bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and provide friendly service.
• Prepare produce for display and stock according to standards.
• Maintain freshness and quality of produce; assist unloading deliveries.
• Provide product knowledge, weighing and guest assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of backroom, cooler and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature breaks to management.
• Perform front-end duties to minimize wait times.
