Responsibilities

Trim, crisp, package, and scale produce according to quality standards.
Communicate produce specifications, seasonality, and handling methods.
Stock and rotate department products using inventory practices.
Monitor quality, dates, and freshness; reduce waste and dispose of low-quality items.
Maintain food safety by following handling, cold chain, and sanitation guidelines.
Use handheld devices to support real-time decisions on quality.
Assist members with product selection and provide friendly service.
Operate and sanitize equipment; report hazards to management.
