• SERVICE: Create a welcoming environment and ensure the department is merchandised per plan; meet shelf availability, freshness, quality and value.
• LEADERSHIP: Promote teamwork and effective communication; prep produce and set up the team/department for optimal sales.
• FINANCIAL: Maintain inventory/stocking conditions; rotate produce; inspect quality and freshness; minimize waste and shrink.
• COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: Adhere to safety, food handling, sanitation, and regulatory requirements; report hazards and ensure safe work practices.
