Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of products, collaborate with cross functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to assist in other areas.
• Be an Expert: understand produce quality processes and specs, prep and handle products per standards, ensure safety and sanitation, follow laws and policies.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales, assist with training and product quality, adopt new tools and encourage usage.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, utilize inventory methods, rotate stock, control quality and dates, reduce waste, assist customers per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club, deliver high-quality service and products, exude energy and commitment.
