Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain product knowledge, collaborate with cross functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, assist customers, adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce, prepare and package products to standards, ensure product safety and sanitation, comply with laws and company policies.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience, learn new digital tools and train others.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock and rotate products using perpetual inventory, control quality and waste, assist customers per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote high-quality service and products with energy and commitment.
• Complies with policies and ethics by following Open Door Policy and related actions.
• Completes work by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, meeting deadlines and addressing opportunities.
