Hy-Vee in Estherville, IA is seeking a Produce Clerk to keep the department stocked, fresh, and inviting while delivering friendly service. You’ll rotate products, assist customers, and help manage inventory throughout each shift.

In this role you’ll stay active, follow Hy-Vee guidelines, and collaborate with a team to ensure a positive shopping experience. Training is provided; prior experience is not required for success.

Qualifications

• No extensive experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, counting, recording.
• Clear communication with customers and coworkers.
• Learn and apply sanitation and food safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist with needs.
• Review merchandise freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality.
• Maintain adequate product supply and plan daily needs for the department.
• Check in product, process invoices, and restock as needed.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products as necessary.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
• Remove trash and assist with department upkeep.
• Order products and price items for customers as needed.
• Answer phones with helpful service.
