Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services to enhance their shopping experience.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and ensure product freshness.
• Inform customers of specials and promotions, and upsell where appropriate.
• Report discrepancies and maintain accurate records for orders and shipments.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and uphold Kroger core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity and safety.
