Job summary

Earth Fare Boone is seeking an Entry Level Produce Clerk to help keep the produce department stocked, clean, and well merchandised. You will greet customers, share knowledge about produce and dietary options, and participate in unloading and stocking duties.

This role offers flexible scheduling and benefits for full- or part-time team members, including health, vision, and dental coverage, PTO, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of produce and organic procedures.
• Knowledge of allergies and dietary terms (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.).
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the produce department is stocked, clean, organized, rotated and merchandised.
• Catalogs and codes invoices, maintains department stock levels.
• Maintains an attractive sales floor by following Earth Fare merchandising guidelines and verifies signage and pricing.
• Provides excellent product knowledge and service to customers.
