Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Produce Department.
• Maintain standards in accordance with the standard practice manual and maximize sales.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department and ensure proper display and conditioning of merchandise.
• Understand and use company tools such as the average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering (CAO).
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge while on duty.
