Responsibilities

• Keeps produce department stocked and appealing; greets customers and answers questions; handles special requests and guides orders.
• Unpacks merchandise, trims produce, rotates stock for freshness, ensures correct pricing and signage, and maintains the salad bar.
• Builds displays, logs product data, handles spoiled or damaged items, and follows company policy for discontinued items.
• Maintains sanitation and health standards; follows cleaning schedules; uses PPE properly.
• Reports shortages and overages to the manager to minimize loss and improve operations.
• Assists with receiving and stocking deliveries; training provided; may assist with related tasks as needed.
