Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality displays for fresh produce, optimizing placement, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, coordinating merchandising with store needs, and using available tools to support execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in retail merchandising and fresh produce presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with basic technology/tools used for merchandising activities.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high-quality displays for fresh agricultural products, including potatoes, onions, and related produce.
• Optimize product placement and presentation to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and presented according to merchandising standards.
• Coordinate merchandising efforts with retail needs to improve overall in-store effectiveness.
• Use available technology and tools to support merchandising execution and reporting.
