Job summary

Alsum Farms & Produce seeks a Merchandiser to be the face of the brand in retail stores, ensuring fresh potatoes and produce are fully stocked and attractively displayed. You will build relationships with store personnel, resolve display challenges, and help deliver high-quality products from our farms to grocery shelves.

The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with flexible timing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Stock produce and merchandise at retail locations.
• Unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Inspect items for damage or defects and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Set up and maintain merchandise displays.
• Monitor inventories and report needs to stock and layout changes.
• Communicate with customers and store teams about products.
