Our sales and store support teams, also known as clerks in the grocery world, play an important part in ensuring our stores are clean, organized, and shoppable so that our customers can find exactly what they need to keep their families healthy and fed. Pay & Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $28.32 per hour; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity.

Pay Transparency

• Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.

• Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus.
