Qualifications

Demonstrated good judgement solving problems and handling customer issues.
Desire and ability to lead associates across multiple departments.
College degree or equivalent preferred.
Accreditation as a Certified Food Safety Manager or plan to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive and inclusive environment to retain associates and customers.
Ensure quality standards are met and department is presented well.
Hire, train and develop associates to meet department needs.
Attain departmental financial objectives and manage schedules.
Supervise all duties of department associates and model friendly customer service.
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and sales.
