MOM is expanding in the Chicago area, with the Naperville store opening in Q1 2027. Leaders will train at the Mount Prospect location before helping open Naperville, joining a community of dedicated staff and the best wellness products. We seek people with passion for team development and a laser focus on the customer experience.

You will train and develop teams, ensure top service, and support store openings with a flexible, proactive mindset. Benefits include competitive pay and strong plans.
